We are pleased to introduce Dr. David D. Byrd, a double board-certified, fellowship-trained anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician
Dr. Byrd believes in a comprehensive but conservative approach to pain management. He specializes in minimally invasive spinal procedures including radiofrequency lesioning and spinal cord stimulation. He realizes that each patient is unique and deserves a personalized treatment plan.
When Dr. Byrd is not practicing medicine, he enjoys mountain biking, reading about American history, and going on adventures with his lovely wife and two young daughters.

Before deciding upon a treatment plan, Dr. Finn takes a comprehensive approach by doing everything possible to determine the source(s) of a patient’s pain. He specializes in using the most advanced minimally invasive techniques for pain management, with a particular interest in injections, ablations, and neuromodulation including spinal cord stimulation. He focuses on non-opioid treatment of pain and working with the patient to improve their function and quality of life.
When Dr. Finn is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also loves cycling, running, skiing, snowboarding, and playing the guitar and piano.

We are pleased to introduce Dr. Susan Rhodes, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist, with additional training as Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Nurse. She provides psychological evaluations to patients of all ages, consisting primarily of physician-referred outpatients, but also including physician-referred inpatients at Bingham Healthcare.
When Dr. Rhodes is not seeing patients, she enjoys going hiking with her husband and their dogs. She enjoys cooking fabulous meals and finding new ways to make healthy foods. When the weather is frosty, she stays indoors to work on various art projects – drawing, painting and mixed media.

We are proud to have Ryan Park, NP, as part of our pain management group.
Ryan’s approach to healthcare makes him the perfect fit for pain management patients. “Because of my nurse practitioner background and having been a nurse, I don’t look at pain as just one thing that needs to be managed,” he said. “There’s a reason behind why you’re having pain, so my job is to help people get to the bottom of that reason. I do that by listening to the patient, managing their pain and then working with physicians to see if there are additional treatments that can make a difference.”
Ryan originally grew up in Hawaii but always dreamed of living in the Rocky Mountains. “I would grow up watching these shows on TV with the beautiful mountain scenery and I thought that would be an amazing place to live,” he said. “The small community here makes it feel like such a family environment.”

We are pleased to introduce Elliot Huntsman, nurse practitioner (FNP-C). He has experience in neurosurgery treating patients who are suffering from neck, back, and spine conditions. He works closely with a number of our orthopedic surgeons and Dr. Clark Allen, board-certified neurosurgeon.
When he is not practicing medicine, Elliot enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and backpacking. He also enjoys snowskiing, golf, and traveling with his family.

He practices cutting-edge minimally invasive techniques that provide long lasting relief for a broad scope of conditions. He offers a number of therapies covering every major region of the body, including but not limited to spinal epidurals, spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, spinal and peripheral nerve ablation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression and fusion, and Botox for migraines. He treats a broad set of conditions such as back and neck pain, spinal arthritis, degenerative disc disease, neuropathic pain, arthritis, pain arising from traumatic or chronic injury, and pain caused by cancer.
He earned his BSc in Biology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR, and later earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA. He served a tour of duty as a Naval Officer practicing general medicine, and later went on to complete a Residency in Anesthesiology and a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
